Terms of Service
✦ The copyright of commissioned artwork belongs to the artist. It may not be used for commercial or advertising purposes unless otherwise discussed ✦
✦ Artwork posted and shared on social media should be credited back to me ✦
✦ I have the right to post any artwork drawn by me to my social media for portfolio and advertisement purposes. If you do not want your commission posted, there will be an additional privacy charge ✦
✦ Payments will be made through Paypal only ✦
✦ Payment will be requested before the sketch is given/shown to you as the commissioner unless otherwise told ✦
✦ After I have received payment, the commission will be completed within 30 days once work has begun on the piece ✦
✦ If for some reason I am unable to complete your commission due to health, emergency, or other uncontrollable acts of god, I will issue a 50%-100% refund depending on amount of work completed ✦
✦ Refund requests beyond 50% will not be accepted once the sketch has been shown to the commissioner. No refund request will be accepted once work has been completed ✦
✦ I have the right to reject a commission if I feel it is outside of my capabilities ✦
✦ I have the right to discontinue work with any commissioner should they display rude or inappropriate behavior. Such behavior will result in a blacklist and a 50%-25% refund will be provided if work has not been completed depending on the stage. If work has been complete, there will be NO refund ✦Commission Process
✦ Prepare an idea of what you want to be drawn, including a pose if a specific type is desired, before you submit your commission request to me. ✦
✦ Please make sure to include any markings/piercings/additional attributes not visible by references if they are to be included. ✦
✦ Commissioners will have the opportunity to request fixes within the sketch phase. Once I begin the lineart, fixes and adjustments cannot be made ✦
✦ Please tell me everything you want to be edited in one message, otherwise I will have already begun progress on finishing the piece and changes will no longer be made ✦
✦ If you choose to not include a background, you will be sent a transparent .png file or a plain white/gray background ✦✦ By commissioning me, you now agree to these terms of service ✦
